It's amazing how the story focuses on freight becoming priority over passenger service and this crash proving that freight and passenger should not be on the same tracks in this CEO's eyes. It's long been rumored that CSX may be using the commuter rail deal to gain taxpayer dollars by having the State of Florida take control of the rail lines for passenger service.
